The converter is an indispensable device for computer users that were not equipped with a serial COM port, such as newer models of notebook computers.
The device creates a serial RS-232 with USB port (and not vice versa!).
Specifications:

The converter is compatible with RS-232 but due to the specification of the USB bus can not work with devices that are software:

• Requires the identification number, interrupt (IRQ)
• Link directly to the controller COM port (UART)
• Require voltage-10V and +10 V output and input
